Carla Lane Animal Sanctuary
Comprehensive refurbishment of existing kennel facility
Carla Lane Animal Sanctuary in Liverpool carries the name of television writer famous for The Liver Birds, Butterflies and Bread, amongst many others.
The sanctuary commissioned Kennelbuild to design and refurbish the existing kennel building.
To ensure that the completed building met all the charities needs, Kennelbuild worked closely with the trustees and staff to provide a much-improved layout and specification.
The new layout included:
28 kennels
External covered runs
Food preparation area
Isolation, grooming & storage areas
Reception facilities.
The project was completed in August 2019.
